Dr. Royal Lee states: “America’s food industry is built to a large extent on foods which would ordinarily by highly perishable. Rather than finding methods of efficient distribution, it has been easier to simply devitalize the food. Foods which have had their vital factors removed, will fail to sustain life to insects, molds, and microbes, consequently they can be easily shipped over long distances, and simply stored over long periods. Unfortunately foods which will not sustain their forms of life, will not satisfactorily sustain human life.” This is still true today. 27 pages
