Description
Your urine and saliva pH reflects your body’s metabolic state. Since there is a normal daily cycle, we expect the urine and saliva pH to fluctuate at different times of the day. In addition, food, sleep, weather, illness, seasons, medications, and supplements are among the many factors that affect pH. In general, there should be a slightly higher urine pH and lower salivary pH in the morning when compared to the evening measurements. Your morning pH should be the closest to normal. Monitoring urine and salivary pH is a great tool for clients/patients to track for their practitioner. Spectrum 5.5 – 8.0, pH paper in dispenser.
