Dr. Lee dedicated his life to finding solutions for all sorts of challenges but his greatest passion was improving the nation’s health by educating the public as well as the practitioner. He formed the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research in 1941 under a state charter as a nonprofit organization. The purpose was to engage in research and to coordinate and communicate nutritional breakthroughs from laboratories around the world.
